Jared Fogle was once someone people wanted to be and wanted to be like. Those days are long after, thanks to reports that the Subway pitchman is about to accept a plea deal that would force him to admit that he had a hand in a child porn ring in suburban Indiana.

TMZ reports the man was recently the target of a federal investigation that included authorities raiding his home and doing an exhaustive search of his computer hard drive. After that raid, Fogle continued to maintain he was innocent of all charges. Authorities now say he will admit his guilt, though the actual details of the plea deal have not been released. Nor has the plea deal been formally struck.

Those close to the situation say that an announcement covering both topics will come at the same time in the very near future. Subway announced that they had completely cut ties with Fogle shortly after his home was raided.
