I was a kid and never understood what she did and what it meant. Now, I see that Sinead was protesting the Catholic Church and their cover-up of child rape cases. Amazing! I look at this today, think about how the odds were stacked against her, and how she still managed to protest The Church. What I found ironic is that she got booed off-stage at a Bob Dylan concert! I still can't believe how people can be such sheep and degrade a woman who tried to show everyone what the Catholic Church was doing to ruin people's lives.
