INGREDIENTS: 15 Chocolate chip cookies 20 Oreos 2 Cups heavy cream 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp Blue Food Colouring 1 Can sweetened Condensed Milk PREPARATION: 1. In a large freezer Ziploc bag, put all the cookies in and smash them with a rolling pin until theyre in medium to small sized pieces. Set aside. 2. In a medium to large bowl combine using an electric beater, the heavy cream and vanilla extract. 3. Add the food colouring and stir together using the electric beater. 4. Add condensed milk and stir together using a spatula. 5. Add ¾ of the cookie mixture and stir using a spatula until completely combined. 6. In a loaf pan, pour in the cookie mixture. Add the rest of the cookies on top. 7. Freeze for at least 5 hours or until firm.
