It's an absolutely strange one off knock out of the park for Toto. They worked with a full arrangement of electronics and had the help of the The Vienna Symphony Orchestra and The Vienna Volksoper Choir's incredible performances, but it's kind of amazing that there hasn't been a sufficiently good release of this score.
There are three releases currently and there's one on Vinyl, but I'm not sure what masters they were working from. And original 1984 one that's not great since most of it still has that recording distortion, a 1997 one that's just absolute garbage with worse distortions and further cut some sections, and a remaster from 2001 that's actually not bad. I don't know if Ford A. Thaxton still owns the rights, but this score is well past the time to have a Intrada or La La Land Records expanded/complete score treatment.
