If we give someone Canadian Citizenship, they're Canadian Citizens. If they commit a crime, ranging from petty theft, to treason, they still get the same rights as anybody who was born her. They get a fair trial, a verdict is delivered by a jury of their peers, if convicted they are sentenced to the appropriate punishment. This has worked for the entire history of our nation, and will continue to work well into the future. A Canadian born in Iraq, should have all the same rights as a Canadian born in Kingston, Ontario. Even if they do something horrible. We gave them citizenship, so they're our problem.
